Process Engineer (m/f/d)

You hold a degree in engineering, physics, material science or equivalent. You are excellent in German and English both written and spoken. You have several years of industry experience as a process engineer with complex equipment (ideally semiconductors or equivalent). You have an advanced understanding of complex technical systems.

Your Tasks

  • You will be responsible for the development and operation of our cutting-edge equipment
  • You will be responsible for our tools and processes for manufacturing You will transfer prototyping manufacturing processes into stable series production
  • You will optimize existing series production and internal workflows to improve productivity, efficiency, cost, and quality
  • You will do process validation of production processes
  • You will assist with handling customer inquiries and preparing quotations handling customer inquiries and preparing quotations
  • You will be defining and maintaining a production environment according to ISO 13485
  • You will use our quality control tools to analyze sample quality
  • You will collaborate with the design unit to optimize layouts for production
  • You will actively support the supply chain management
  • Responsible for the ownership of manufacturing equipment

Your profile

  • You hold a degree in engineering, physics, material science or equivalent
  • You have several years of industry experience as a process engineer with complex equipment (ideally semiconductors or equivalent)
  • You have an advanced understanding of complex technical systems
  • You like to work flexible working hours
  • You have a high degree of resilience to high workloads
  • Strong documentation discipline and experience with SOPs, ECRs, and BOM management
  • You thrive when working in dynamic work environments
  • You have a proactive and pragmatic way of doing things
  • You can work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • You have a basic knowledge of CAD Software
  • You have excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • You have programming skills, and preferably good knowledge of Python
  • You have worked in QMS regulated environments
  • You are excellent in German and English both written and spoken
